What are “Martial Ropes”?

Martial Ropes is a training  system that uses fitness conditioning
ropes,  30’ long  x 1.5”  diameter in  manila or poly blend, to specifically 
develop the timing, patterns, and  hand-speeds that are critical in the
combative arts. 

Built around a series of ½ beat “inserts”, the Martial Ropes system will 
build strength, power, and endurance, as well as the explosiveness
necessary to strike first when it matters most.
